Re: [heycam/webidl] "promise-calling" replacement (#795)

So using https://heycam.github.io/webidl/#invoke-a-callback-function combined with an IDL callback that's defined to return a promise would work. Thanks @domenic. I guess I need to see how much boilerplate that adds to see if there's still an abstraction warranted.
