I like @gregwhitworth's suggestion for "StyleSheet Modules". It makes the most logical sense as that is what it is. C in CSS is for "cascading". It doesn't make a ton of sense to me to keep the C as this is for modularizing the stylesheets to essentially bypass the Cascade.
