Re: [w3ctag/design-reviews] Web Bluetooth Scanning (#333)

@dougt in the explainer it describes showing the user the devices around you during the permissions request - to emphasize that the user is granting permission for the web page to see this information (rather than just generically asking them for Bluetooth scanning permission). I don't see discussion of this in the privacy & considerations section. Nor do I see a more detailed response to the privacy & security [questionnaire](https://www.w3.org/TR/security-privacy-questionnaire/). The use cases in the use cases document also do not discuss how the user will interact with permissions requests during the operation of this API and this seems intrinsic to the experience since the whole point seems to be to create a seamless user experience of the web page interacting with local BLE devices.
