Re: [w3ctag/design-reviews] Backdrop Filter (#353)

Hi! I just want to say that we are using Backdrop-filter for years now on the basis that it filters everything behind it regardless of nesting, and we hope that you will not break it!

We are using it in the caramellaapp.com editor (Header toolbox and PopOver menus) **We are also stacking Backdrop-filters on top of each others (We gave the buttons in the PopOvers an extra Backdrop-filter to intensify the inherited color tint).**
