We are looking at this in our face-to-face in Reykjavik.

And thanks, @jonnycrunch -- this is a helpful start. 

To conduct a review, we need to see a full spec, including these kinds of details. We also would like to see your completed Security and Privacy Questionnaire. And an [explainer](https://w3ctag.github.io/explainers) of what you're trying to accomplish, and expecially what use cases and user needs you're trying to meet.
