Re: [w3c/manifest] Support a way to update explicitly (#446)

@moneytoo you can use the `theme-color` meta tag[[1]](https://www.w3.org/TR/appmanifest/#theme_color-member) to override the manifest's `theme_color`. This will only change the status bar though.
