Re: [w3c/webcomponents] [feature request] change when upgrade/connected happens during parsing, so that it is the first event in the following microtask (#787)

For example, I would really hate to have a leak because of https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=315190 and forgetting to clean things up.

So in general I'm trying to be cautious by reciprocally undoing whatever I do in all my components.
