Re: [w3c/webcomponents] Element Behaviors, and the has="" attribute. A useful alternative to Custom Elements in many cases! (#727)

I am already forseeing that I will mostly use my `element-behaviors` instead of Custom Elements in most cases, as it is simply just more flexible and easier to work with, and doesn't come with a load of compiler/transpiler nightmares.
