Just a quick note for folks watching this repository: I have opened https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/4268 to discuss structured cloning of errors, with transferable streams being one of the motivating use cases. Not sure there's much to do on this side, but we can leave this open to track that work. Mainly I just wanted to ping folks.
