Hi,

I'm a bit concerned that scanning takes existing bluetooth capacity (along with its [issues](https://blog.lukaszolejnik.com/w3c-web-bluetooth-api-privacy/)) to the next level. Good it is gated with permissions, but I'm wondering if the user will get what the location tracking implications are.
