I think it's easier if we allow a single style. Then effectively everything is old and can be updated one-by-one to point here instead (I'm assuming we want it linked in due course). Allowing and exporting lots of styles does not help existing specifications (they still need to be updated to link) and also does not give them  guidance on style.
