Re: [w3ctag/design-reviews] Modal window (#427)

The Credentials Community Group is keeping an eye on this thread for potential use of a modal window API/feature for the [Credential Handler API](https://w3c-ccg.github.io/credential-handler-api/), a work item of that group.
