Re: [w3c/manifest] beforeinstallprompt : Prompting user makes it to hard to discern whether the user truly wanted to "install" a web app (#835)

I feel like I’ve done my due diligence in expressing our concerns here.

As a working group participant, I stand with my earlier comment that the best course of action for the working group is to proceed with the removal of this event and anything that depends on it given there will be no multiple independent implementations of this feature anytime soon.
