Re: [w3c/manifest] BREAKING CHANGE: Replace "badge" with "monochrome" (#833)

Some other ideas for the purpose:
- `monochrome` (used by [Android](https://material.io/design/platform-guidance/android-notifications.html#anatomy-of-a-notification))
- `monochromatic`
- `single_color` (used by [Safari](https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/AppleApplications/Reference/SafariWebContent/pinnedTabs/pinnedTabs.html))
- `shady`

`shape` seems like it could be confused with `maskable`. \
`simple` and `mark` aren't clear terms, so I think they have the same issues as badge.

I lean towards some variation of "single color" (monochrome/monochromatic/single_color) since that has the most clarity.
