Thanks, @mattgarrish and @iherman. This has dramatically changed shape... would you like us to review the [manifest](https://github.com/w3c/pub-manifest)? We're happy to do that, if you like. It probably makes sense to open a new review for that. As we're looking over the doc now, one question comes to mind: given that we are trying to resolve [our issue on the proliferation of manifests in web specs](https://github.com/w3ctag/design-reviews/issues/423), are there opportunities to reconcile this with other manifests?
