Re: [w3c/webcomponents] connectedCallback timing when the document parser creates custom elements (#551)

I did read and try to understand the thread, and some others, too. In the end I'm a developer who has to take care that the components I develop work reliably for the customer and at this point in time, I feel unable to achieve that.
