A recent update: Chrome is going to [stop firing](https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/#!topic/blink-dev/IIeyPUzrG6w) `appinstalled` for native app installation. The mechanism to fire the event was always a little flaky, but some changes on the native app installation side mean that native app banners no longer guarantee an installation - they will just open the app's store listing and the user then has to explicitly install. -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
