Plus we keep the WICG ones in one place, and eventually pass them back to the W3C if they are going to be on the Rec track. While I'm totally fine with the spec moving to WICG, I'm adamantly against moving contenteditable / execCommand spec out of https://github.com/w3c/editing/. Such a move is counterproductive and creates an unwarranted cognitive load for everyone involved.
