Re: [w3ctag/design-reviews] Review MathML (#313)

I created a web-component based MathML implementation: https://github.com/pshihn/math-ml
It's not full spec compliant but works quite well in most cases : 
Demo using [Torture test](https://pshihn.github.io/math-ml/examples/torture.html) on MDN. 

For those waiting for full native support, this might fill in gaps in the interim.
