[w3c/clipboard-apis] What does "sanitized copy" mean? (#73)

This is found in the write() function:

Searching for this term in the spec yields nothing. :(

What it is probably is referring to is:
https://w3c.github.io/clipboard-apis/#pasting-html
... which makes sense, but this is also non-normative.
