I highly suspect folks will couple these though (e.g., the `SubmittableRichEdit` class above), so anything we come up with will need to be able to address both, even if we only define/ship a subset at first. If folks will use it as such though I think that not addressing labeling would be rather bad from an end user usability and accessibility perspective.
