Hello Folks, Kirupa and I looked over this and compared it to our current patterns and think this is a good change. From a Microsoft implementation, there are some edge cases when the document domain is actually the app package name, not the site URL. For that reason, when no start_url is present, or if it is relative to manifest, we use the base URL of the domain of the site the manifests resides.
