For the moment I have a separate manifest for iOS devices where I set the `display` property to `browser` (ref: [manifest on MDN](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Manifest)). That way, Safari can still use most of the features of a PWA (service-worker, manifest, icons etc.) except for the chromeless webapp experience. I think it's a good compromise until there is some sort of a change or fix for this issue from Apple. I am still testing this, so far, it has been good. -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
