Re: [w3c/webcomponents] Provide a lightweight mechanism to add styles to a custom element (#468)

Since this is implemented, and there still seems to be a lot of confusion - I wonder if it would be possible/helpful for @rakina to share test pages as well as a version (nightly? canary?) and instructions about which flags/bits need flipping in order for it to function.  This would allow people to actually see and experiment, gain better understanding/ask better questions.
