The reason is that browsers inconsistently implement `standalone` (which is fully spec-compliant due to the blurriness). This leads to platforms that don't have a system-level back button like iOS to _trap users in PWAs_ that don't implement app-level navigation. -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
