On the other hand, https://heycam.github.io/webidl/#es-to-dictionary things https://heycam.github.io/webidl/#dfn-inherited-dictionaries is a concept that applies to dictionary types, while https://heycam.github.io/webidl/#idl-dictionaries  talks about it as a concept for abstract dictionaries...  The whole thing is a bit weird.  :(
