Agree with @domenic's comment. Dictionary members tend to implicitly include inherited members, see for example: "The order of the dictionary members on a given dictionary is such that inherited dictionary members are ordered before non-inherited members."

Maybe this is something that should be fixed in a separate PR to be more explicit about this.
