Having ClipboardEvent inherit from UIEvent (instead of Event) seems reasonable to me.

I notice that UIEvent doesn't mention anything about "composed" in the spec (other than having a "composed" entry in the table for most events). It feels like there should be something mentioned there if we consider UIEvents to be containers for it.  Is there a definition that I can link to from the spec?
