[w3c/IndexedDB] Add a note regarding addition of _ to includes keyword (#229)

We need to make a minor editorial change to the spec before we move to Rec. Feedback from @swickr in response to the transition request:
<I have reviewed this transition request with @plehegar. We looked into the editorial change to add the '_' to the includes keyword.  As this specification
(appropriately) continues to depend on WebIDL 1 and this escaping feature is not in that version of WebIDL the spec should include a note in section 4.7
that the '_' should be removed when mapping this to ECMAscript.<
