Re: [whatwg/fetch] Browsers preserve fragments on redirects (#505)

Regarding https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1437760, can you tell me where [#dom-response-url](https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#dom-response-url) is used?  I'm under impression that [responseWith](https://w3c.github.io/ServiceWorker/#dom-fetchevent-respondwith) copies the concept response and hence doesn't care about [#dom-response-url](https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#dom-response-url).
