Somewhat related testcase http://mozilla.pettay.fi/moztests/video_mouseenter.html
Chrome dispatches several mouseenters. Nightly just one. Surely mouseenters inside UA shadow DOM or native anonymous content or however video controls are implemented shouldn't propagate to web content.
Didn't have Safari nor Edge around for testing.
