[w3c/screen-orientation] Test coverage (#119)

To get to/through CR, we need to have a test suite. This issue tracks the test coverage of the spec.

- [] `Screen.orientation`
- [] `Screen.orientation.lock`
- [] `Screen.orientation.unlock`
- [] `Screen.orientation.type`
- [] `Screen.orientation.angle`
- [] The `onchange` event handler

Which part of those are testable, and has tests? What else do we need?
