Should cookies be sent/dropped for through-Service-Worker-prefetched requests? The MDN [Link Prefetching FAQ](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Link_prefetching_FAQ#privacy-implications) state that cookies would be accessed for regular prefetches, so I guess the same would apply here.
