Re: [w3c/ServiceWorker] Warn readers that V1 is missing features compared to the nightly (#1205)

I'd rather have a message indicating that V1 (Vn in general) contains only stable and implemented features and that all the experimental and new features (aka, the enjoyable parts) are in the nightly snapshot.

Having a v1 is not really required by W3C process, we use this to signal stable releases where having implemented and tested features is a requirement, to exit CR and go to REC.
