We spent the last eleven years trying to achieve that. With little to no success. My discussions with some key whatwg members during Lisbon TPAC were enlightening on that point. Could you please explain what could be done, after eleven years of little or no success following changes I would qualify as « desperate », to finally ease the pain and bridge the gap? I'm not buying a lone « yes, we can » any more while W3C struggles with hyper-crucial and *immediate* financial issues elsewhere. Please explain why and how this is still worth the huge investment.
