[whatwg/fullscreen] Editorial: update variable name in removing steps (#80)

https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-node-remove-ext uses removedNode
and an optional oldParent, which isn't used by Fullscreen.

Drive-by: drop unnecessary "run these substeps"
