hm... the above diff is showing a number of differences between current master https://github.com/whatwg/fetch/commit/ba50491b5f58dd53a0a71fc81e217c55e9f82111 and [vanupam's tokbind branch](https://github.com/vanupam/fetch/tree/tokbind) that are not reflected [in the diff tab here](https://github.com/whatwg/fetch/pull/325/files)... sure enough: " This branch is 20 commits ahead, **26 commits behind whatwg:master**. " 

...seems to me it would be helpful to merge whatwg/fetch:master into vanupam/fetch:tokbind  :)
