Re: [heycam/webidl] Remove [LegacyArrayClass] (#291)

So it looks like the best solution for me, right now, is to instead declare that this is a pair iterator whose "key" is just the index.  That gives the behavior that I actually want, because the value iterator is broken. :(

This is, obviously, dumb as hell.
