Re: [heycam/webidl] DOMException function definition makes no sense (#55)

My gut feeling is we should do the first.  Gecko has an `[ExceptionClass]` thing which is like `[ArrayClass]` in terms of how it sets up the inheritance, but with `Error` instead of `Array`.   I agree it's a bit odd to add such a thing for this one use case, of course....
