Re: [whatwg/fetch] How are reloads mapped to cache modes? (#524)

I think I like wanderview's https://github.com/whatwg/fetch/issues/524#issuecomment-294507016 idea and it seems we could extend to something like `FetchEvent.navigationLoadType` which could be an enum 'navigate', 'back', 'forward', 'reload', 'hard reload'.
