I reported the following editorial issue: > I help maintain a JavaScript library for implementing UTS #46. In the process of revising our public API for the upcoming proposed revision (http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr46/proposed.html#ToASCII), we noticed how strange it is that all other inputs to ToASCII, besides the input string, are booleans.
