Hey @junov: We've looked at `ImageBitmap` and `ImageBitmapCanvasData` again and I'll admit that it continues to be difficult to evaluate this design without an explainer that outlines the cases you're trying to solve. I watched the talk and find most of the arguments here about efficiency compelling, but I'm unsure how the timing will work out in OffscreenCanavs cases as workers don't have access to rAF. Overall, it seems like there should be a document that describes how these APIs fit together and are motivated by end-to-end needs.
