Re: [whatwg/url] It's not immediately clear that "URL syntax" and "URL parser" conflict (#118)

@Lukasa, are you actually advocating that people writing URLs should write an arbitrary number of slashes after the colon? If not, what's wrong with saying what the preferred writing syntax is? (Plus see what @nox said about writing URLs in a way that's more likely to work in legacy consumers.)
