Re: [w3c/webcomponents] Remove `Callback` suffix from custom elements callbacks (#414)

I think the argument was that symbol doesn't buy us anything because there isn't any existing custom elements in the wild, and if we required people to type in something like `[customElements.connected]` then that's no much better than `connectedCallback`.
