[heycam/webidl] Replace serializers by toJSON and [Default] extended attribute (#323)

* Remove all serializers.
* Add support for JSON stringification through the toJSON operation.
* Add the [Default] extended attribute.
* Add a default JSON operation.

Fixes #260.
