[w3c/webcomponents] Shadow dom innerhtml and CSP unsafe-inline (#627)

So libraries like reactjs have tried to address this issue with their latest release using CSX. Is there a plan for their either being a way to specify in a content security policy that inline style tags in the shadow dom are safe and don't violate the unsafe-inline policy? 
Or is there another alternative for having a strict CSP and still using shadow dom with inline style tags?
