Thanks, @gauntface! Any further thoughts from the [Workbox](https://developers.google.com/web/tools/workbox/) team or others in general? Should I fork this (*this* being a ```Cache.has(request, {options}))``` method that returns a ```CacheItem``` object) out into its own Issue, @jakearchibald? Please advise. Merci!
