[whatwg/streams] Headers have become typographically ugly (#781)

See e.g. https://streams.spec.whatwg.org/commit-snapshots/e33ca3cec44b63c8b74dcc4d1535b3677c3b2e97/#rs-class . Unlike other headers, this is entirely monospaced.

This started happening a while ago. They used to monospace only class names.

It's unclear whether this is a general Bikeshed problem or a result of our emu-algify header mangling fun times. Probably the latter, as it doesn't seem to occur in e.g. the DOM spec.

Fixing this is obviously low priority, but it would be kind of nice.
