The plot thickens. Originally, `"Iterator"` was used for both the class strings of the iterator prototype object and the default iterator object: https://github.com/heycam/webidl/commit/e74d135a

It was subsequently changed to `" Iterator"` _for default iterator object only_ in: https://github.com/heycam/webidl/commit/1bc1e2904d3cd90d7856e184cb4b5f10d26b8d96.
