Re: [whatwg/fetch] Impact of OSCP on SOP (#530)

It's not a concern for Fetch. Fetch just seemed like a good place to have the discussion, since it touches on limitations we place on requests in the browser. But those limitations might not make sense if they're not enforced everywhere.
